Greg Williamson manager of Pinnacle Brunswick is a Strength and Conditioning coach and an ex-marine, he has a proven track record of getting results every time across a large range of clients. All the trainers that take one to ones sessions at Pinnacle are hand picked over a long period of time to ensure the clients are in good hands and are guaranteed the results they desire.

Small Group Training

Small group training (2-4 People) is for those who demand the effectiveness of 1 to 1 training but prefer to train with a friend or colleague towards a similar goal. Small group training also works out as a more affordable option for some people without losing the effectiveness.

Nutrition

Both Personal Training and Small Group Training include a personalised nutrition plan designed by the personal trainer of your choice and will help to support you in reaching your goals.

Pre Consultation

Both 1 to 1 Personal Training and Small Group Training clients get a free pre-consultation before their first training session. This involves a full tour of the Pinnacle Health & Fitness Centre. It also involves a relaxed meeting between the personal trainer of your choice and you the client/s talking through your situation and setting an action plan to achieve your goals.

Statistical Analysis

Whilst training it is very important that you are able to know exactly how your body is developing. At Pinnacle Health & Fitness we do a full statistical analysis each and every week you train at our facility keeping a constant track of progress through state of the art equipment. We look at;
