Greg Williamson
Greg is a former Royal Marine Commando and a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer. He believes in a strong dedicated work ethic. Through applying this approach and commitment to ones goals Greg believes anything can be achieved.

He specialises in weight loss and strength and conditioning training. He believes in a strong, healthy and lean body which anyone can achieve with the right programme and guidance. He is also in the process of becoming a registered nutritionist which also gives him an edge when trying to help people achieve their goals through nutrition.
