This is where I can help. I’ve been at the bottom and felt like I have lost control over everything. And having regained that control back has inspired me so much that I began this mission of helping others regain the control, reaching their own pinnacle.

NUTRITION PROTOCOLS

The diet plan will be tailored specifically around your individual needs. Protocols in designing the plan will be based around the individuals routine and schedule to make sure this can be easily implemented and followed accordingly.

I will be taking in consideration your preffered food sources. You will never be forced to eat anything you don’t enjoy.

The plan will be updated whenever necessary based on the ongoing process of the individual. There will be no charges for additional updates within the diet plan. Health related indications will be taken in consideration too.

PINNACLE TRAINING PROTOCOLS

The workout plan will be based around the AESTHETIC principle of a training program revolving around an upper / lower body split is the best way to symmetrically sculpt your physique while also building up your strength.

I will take in consideration your individual preferences to where your body lacks symmetry and I will implement a designed plan related to your deficitar muscles.

Over the years I accumulated a well elevated knowledge of training programs picked up from training / working with professionals in the fitness industry, so for that reason I can acknowledge the fact that we will reach peak performance.

While supplements will never replace proper diet and training, they are certainly an important component of an optimal health/fitness regimen.

PINNACLE FITNESS COACH

My name is CHRISTOPHER

I’m a happily married man with a little girl and another on the way. I work full time in the telecoms industry and my wife works full time also so we work together as a team to raise our little girl.

Fitness has always been something I enjoy and have always been a part of it throughout my life. But this wasn’t always the case…

Over the years I have gotten myself in unbelievable shape which is great but I have also been on the other side of the fence.

I know how it feels to not love yourself, not like what you see in the mirror, nothing you wear feels right on, t shirt on by the pool on holiday and so on.

It was at this point I started taking my training and lifestyle to a new level and hired my first coach to get more knowledge and accountabilty. It was in that moment that the mental and physical changes came to life and I started feeling amazing again.

I’ve worked and helped all types of individuals achieve there full potential and it’s something that’s ingrained in me as I have over 20 years expirience in the bodybuilding and fitness world and I would love to share my knowledge and get you the body you deserve.


The reason I started PINNACLE FITNESS CLUB is to form a tribe where I help people reach their best self. Seeing others love life and be more confident really does give me so much satisfaction its crazy…..
I have invested a fairly large amount into gathering the knowledge and experience in this game to get you in great shape and its something I love doing therefore the decision to create PINNACLE FITNESS was one that didn’t need much convincing..
